I used to use a regular little notebook, but one dedicated as such makes me more attentive to my possible fluctuating pressure. Thank you for your feedback. Sorry, we failed to record your vote. I brought it into my doctors office and he was impressed. I ordered a second one for my husband (he uses a note pad). It lays flats on Xerox machine if you want to make copies for your doctor. Seems like every time I go in to see my Cardiologist, I am put on another medication. I am asked how my Blood Pressure looks when I check it at home. I can only give a vague answer because the numbers change and I don't have a photographic memory. This last visit, I was put on yet another medication. I made the decision that I would not give anymore vague answers to my doctor. So, I purchased this book. At the time of my purchase, I had 6 months until my next checkup.

I have logged my Blood Pressure almost every day since then as well as the foods that I've eaten. It's amazing how much you learn by tracking it daily. I've started to see what foods cause my [GlucoLife blood sugar supplement](https://wavedream.wiki/index.php/Case_Study:_GlucoLife_Blood_Sugar_Management) Pressure to rise and how long it takes for it to come back down after eating them. Fried shrimp po'boy, fries, onion rings, basically anything fried. I have also learned what foods I can eat that do not make my BP rise. Sandwich, raw almonds, celery with some peanut butter and/or carrots with ranch dressing. So, hopefully when my doctor sees that I've been able to keep my BP down most of the time and it only goes up when I eat certain foods, I might be taken off some of these medications. I purchased the log book and is is exactly what I need. There is a place for you to check your BP twice every day. Every time I check, I sit strait up for 4 to 5 mins with my feet flat on the floor as recommended.
